2. Application forms must be duplicated, then completed by each individual delegate for group registrations. Group representative’s particulars must be indicated.
3. Discounts are non-cumulative.

2. Fees quoted above are for a table of 10 only.  The booking of gala dinner tables will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
3. The organiser reserves the right to make amendments to the above conditions without prior notice.
4. Fees stated are inclusive of 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Cancellation and / or Transfer of passes
Requests for cancellation and / or transfer of passes must be made in writing to the secretariat before 7 July 2011. Refunds for cancellation will be subject to a 10% administrative charge, which will be borne by the registrant. Bank charges levied during transactions will be borne by the registrant. Requests for cancellation and / or transfer of passes will not be entertained after 7 July 2011. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter the content and timing of the programme. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organisers, the registration fee (less bank charges) will be refunded. Registration will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
