    Wini Fred Gurung

    Introduction

    Wini Fred Gurung graduated with a Master degree in International Relations from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She holds a Bachelor degree (with Honours) in Political Science from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi.

    Prior to joining ISAS, Wini interned with the Observer Research Foundation where she focused on the India-China relationship. She was also associated with the Temi Tea estate, Government of Sikkim to train the trade union on capacity building and negotiation skills.
