Ms Anne Lochoff leads partnerships at the UNDP Global Centre for Technology, Innovation and Sustainable Development (GCTISD) in Singapore. By building and growing partnerships, she connects ideas, talent, and technology towards one common purpose—a sustainable future.

Ms Lochoff’s background spans government, academia, non-government organisations, and private-sector businesses. Prior to joining UNDP, Ms Lochoff was Strategic Advisor to the Executive Director of Asia P3 Hub, a partnership incubator hosted by World Vision. She was also the chair and business advisor in the New Zealand Trade and Enterprise’s Beachheads network. During her private sector stint, Ms Lochoff was an Executive Director at McCann Erickson, part of the global team managing the MasterCard account for APMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa).

In 2016, Ms Lochoff was named one of the Top 9 Global Influencers of Tech Innovation in Cities by Inc.com.
